The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some offering a large balcony for a pleasant view. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from, including the recommended "xoi thit hon" dish.

The language proficiency of some staff members could be improved.

The room had a large balcony, and having an electric kettle, fridge, and kitchenware was a great addition - everything was perfect, I would choose to stay here again.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful with tastefully decorated impressive rooms. the building and rooms are nice with a large balcony. the rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini bar fridge. the staff is excellent and affable, always on hand.

Quiet and nice hotel with a good restaurant in Hue. Good prices, nothing too much trouble. Amazing location, 19 minutes' drive from Phu Bai International airport. Found in the beautiful area.

The staff were incredibly helpful and organised a private motorbike tour for me which was amazing. The villa itself is spacious and quiet, with a lovely outdoor seating area. The mixture of antique and modern decor adds to the charm of the place. The staff also provided free fruit and offered great advice and information. a wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this family-run hotel. The staff were friendly and were pretty good too make us feel comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean room that was so good. The location was ideal, with the peacefulness of the surroundings and the convenience of being close to popular attractions. The breakfast service was excellent, offering both Western and Vietnamese options that were delicious. We were also pleased with the helpfulness of the staff in arranging transportation and providing recommendations for dinner.

I recently stayed at a lovely family hotel in a quiet location near Từ Hiếu pagoda for a few days. The host, Mrs Phương, was incredibly kind and upgraded me to a bigger and nicer room at no extra charge. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a spacious balcony. The hotel also provided bicycles for free use, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast options were delicious. Thank you, Mrs Phương, for a memorable stay!

We had a fantastic time at Spring Garden Villa. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, even sorting out a last-minute day tour for us. Anna was amazing and gave us great advice on transport and things to do in Hue. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. We loved the quiet location and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary bikes were a great bonus, and the view from our room of the forest was stunning. The hotel also had a relaxing garden with power sockets, perfect for getting work done. Breakfast was good and the overall value for money was excellent.
